本文对李旭成教授基于胆郁痰扰病机运用温胆汤化裁治疗的经验进行总结。李旭成教授临证尤其注意胆郁痰扰病机，善于运用分消走泄之温胆汤化裁治疗痰湿顽疾。李教授在疾病具体诊治中，重视水土、气候、体质等因素对疾病病机及转归的影响，突出中医整体观念与辨证施治思想的优势与特点，灵活运用温胆汤随证治之，往往可以取得较好的疗效。

This paper summarized the experience of Professor Li Xucheng in applying modified Wendan Decoction for treatment based on the pathogenesis of gallbladder depression and harassing phlegm. Professor Li pays special attention to the pathogenesis of gallbladder depression and harassing phlegm in clinical diagnosis, and he is good at treating persistent diseases of phlegm and dampness with modified Wendan Decoction for separate dissipation. In specific diagnosis and treatment of diseases, Professor Li focuses on the influence of water, soil, climate, constitution and other factors on the pathogenesis and outcome of diseases, highlighting the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, namely holism and syndrome differentiation and treatment. He flexibly uses Wendan Decoction according to symptoms and achieves desirable effects.
